SSC Tuatara

Although everyone knows the fastest car in the world as a Bugatti Chiron; the fastest is actually the SSC Tuatara. The Tuatara comes from a reptile found only in New Zealand which is known for its speed. Featuring a stylish carbon fiber body, the tuatara is powered by a 5.9-liter flat-plane crank V8 that produces 1750 hp when powered by e85 ethanol.

Tuatara, which was experimenting on a closed highway near Nevada, found it on a one-way road of  532km/h (330mph) despite windy weather condition its the recorded fastest speed and reached an average of 508 km/h(316mph) in trials approved by Guinness. And this made this car the fastest street-legal production car in the world. At least for now.
